Glass surfaces are easy to clean with glass cleaner: simply spray the surface and wipe with a soft cloth or absorbent paper towel. Do not use rough cloths, as they may scratch the glass. Prefer coasters to prevent your dishes, and especially your cutlery, from damaging the tray. Use a damp sponge and, if necessary, a little washing-up liquid, then wipe with a soft cloth.
