Marble surfaces clean very well with glass cleaner: simply spray this onto the surface and wipe with a soft cloth or absorbent paper towel. Do not use rough cloths, as they may scratch the marble. Don't forget to protect your surfaces from undersides of goblets, candleholders or any decorative objects that could cause permanent aureoles and scratches.
