Maintenance: use a damp sponge and, if necessary, a little washing-up liquid, then wipe with a soft cloth. Glass surfaces can be cleaned very well with glass cleaner: simply spray it onto the surface and wipe with a soft cloth or absorbent paper towel. Do not use rough cloths, as they may scratch the glass. Use table mats to prevent your dishes, and especially your cutlery, from damaging the tray.
